CANCELLATION POLICY
At Thrive Wellness, we deeply value the time you've chosen to invest in your well-being, and we genuinely appreciate you selecting the appointment times that work best for you. To ensure we can extend that same courtesy to all our clients and maintain the best possible appointment availability, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to adjust or cancel your scheduled visit. This allows us to thoughtfully offer that specific time slot to another client seeking our services. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service cost. Your understanding and cooperation mean a great deal to us, and they help us continue to provide excellent care to our entire community.
